Salat Al-Tasbih

Another religious scholar Taqi said that no one gets misled if someone denies its importance, and that is how these simple namaz provide such big relief. If one neglects it or does not give much importance to it is careless and lethargic in practicing Islamic teachings. One should not give importance to his words as it is narrated by the Last Prophet May Peace Be Upon Him. A true Muslim when hearing the Hadith Shareef will not hesitate while performing and acting on it. There should be no space for people to say something regarding the Hadith Shareef. Just act on it as it is key to all success.

It is stated in Al Mirqaah that Abdullah Ibn Abbaas (RA) used to offer this prayer every Friday. If he performing then there is no question arises.

  • Here some scholars do not accept this Hadith Shareef to be reliable because they cannot agree that there could be so much reward, especially forgivingness of major sins, for offering just only 4 rakaat. But since it has been narrated by many companions of the Last prophet May Peace Be Upon Him then its reliability cannot be denied. As it is as authentic as other Hadith Shareef. Notwithstanding, reading other Hadith Shareef and Quranic verses repentance and compensation are basic things for the forgiveness of major sins. Certain Hadith Shareef like this one who mixes something in real things is not among us

  • Now it is important to note and act according to which ordain. As there are two different ways and methods described for offering this prayer.

  • One method you should be recited 15 times after recitation of soorah al Fatiha and one soorah while standing, 10 times after reciting in the rukoo, 10 times after rising from the rukoo, 10 times reciting this kalma in each sajdah, 10 times while sitting between the 2 sajdah and 10 times after the second sajdah, when after saying Allaahu Akbar one should repeat it 10 times before standing in the first and third rakaat and before reciting the duaa of tashahhud in the second fourth rakaat.

  • According to the second way of offering this Prayers, this kalma should be recited 15 times after reciting Suhhaa nakalla humma and before starting soorah al Fatiha, 10 times after reciting soorah al Fatiha and a soorah and the rest is like the first method and way. It should also be noted that it is not necessary to recite this kalma after the second sajdah in any Rakat.

So it is now much much more important to offer this prayer sometime in one way and sometime in the other way.

  • This prayer is not in common practice so there should be some instruction for offering it. These are mandatory as someone not observing well and doing the wrong thing and making the namaz unacceptable. No need to do anything which is not prescribed by the Holy prophet May Peace Be Upon Him and also not practiced by His companions. We know that they are working on it in litter and spirit.

The instruction and guidelines are as follow.

There are no specific verses for this namaz. It is up to you which one you memorized and you say easily. Some religious scholars say that four out of five soorah namely al-Hadeed, al-hashr, al-saff, al-jummah, and al-taghaabun should be recited.

  • According to some Hadith Shareef at least 20 verses should be recited. According to some, it shuld be any of the soorah, izza zulzilat, al aadiyat, al takaasur, al-asr al-kafiroon, al nasr aand ikhlaas.

  • There are 75 kalma in each Rakat, you should count it, but it should not be word of mouth, by doing so spoils the prayer. it should be counting by finger where you have kept, so pressing them is the best way.

  • If someone forgets the counting or words, he should complete it in the next act of namaz, salah except that no such deficiency should be made up after rising from rukoo, between the 2 sajdah, or after the second Sajdah. In these 3 positions, you should recite these kalmas as described and then complete it in the next act of prayer. The guideline is here as such if you forget the saying of the kalma in the rukoo, complete it in the first sajdah, similarly, the deficiency in the first sajdah should be in the second sajdah, and that of the second sajdah in the second rakaat, while standing. If again forgets then in the last rakaat while sitting but before the saying of tashahhud dua.

  • If someone do a mistake that brings sajdah saw, these kalmas may not be recited there as the counting of the kalma 300 times has been completed already. There is a relaxation if not compted, then must complete, here is permissible.

  • This prayer can be offered any time except the forbidden times

  • According to some Hadith Shareef, the third kalma should also be followed by are also stated in Hadith Shareef No 3 as stated above. So it should also be recited sometime in addition to the third kalma.

  • According to some Hadith Shareef,  the following duaa should be recited after the duaa of tashahhud and before the salam.

  • O, Allah! I ask You to grant me righteousness as of those who are on the right path, action as of those who are true believers, sincerity as of those who repent, regularity as of the satisfied ones, a precaution as of those who fear You, desiring as of those who love You, the faithfulness of pious followers and knowledge as of religious scholars, so that I may fear You.

  • O, Allah! Grant me such fear as may prevent me from doing any wrong so that through submission to You, I may do such deeds as may earn for me. Your pleasure and Your approval, and so that I may repent with sincerity out of Your fear, ai may become truly sincere oft of Your Love and I may rely on You, because I may always home for better things from You.

  • O! the Creator of Noor, You are all defects.

  • O! Our Sustainer, grant us complete light Noor and forgive us; no doubt You
